High above the rain soaked pavillion overlooking the Thames, I took this photograph of a couple hurrying to get to the Tate museum. I was struck by the similar color palette in the umbrellas, clothes and the wet pavement. I also liked the point of view. Being above the people gave an interesting perspective. The aspect ratio was initially a rectangle but I like the way they fit nicely into the corner of this square format. When I look at this photograph, I can still feel the ‘wetness’ that was the subject of the scene. I would love to hear where you found the photograph and your thoughts!!
